1. About WearFlame

WearFlame is an online fashion and custom print-on-demand store operated from India. We sell apparel including T-shirts, hoodies, and bottoms — both ready-made designs and customer-customised prints. Our website is accessible at wearflame.com.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile experience, and any services we provide. By placing an order, creating an account, or browsing our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

• •We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Products & Pricing

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

• •Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• •We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
• •Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.
• •Size charts are provided as a guide. Measurements may have a tolerance of ±1–2 cm.

5. Orders & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

• •All orders are prepaid. We do not currently offer Cash on Delivery.
• •Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details.
• •An order is confirmed only after successful payment and you receive a confirmation email.
• •If a payment is declined, your order will not be placed and no money will be charged.
• •In rare cases where an order cannot be fulfilled (e.g. stock issue after payment), you will receive a full refund within 5–7 business days.

6. Custom Print (Print-on-Demand) Orders

• •By uploading a design, you confirm that you own the rights to the artwork or have permission to use it.
• •You must not upload content that is offensive, obscene, defamatory, hateful, or infringes any intellectual property rights.
• •WearFlame reserves the right to refuse to print any design at our sole discretion.
• •Custom print orders require online payment — COD is not available for these orders.
• •Production begins immediately after payment. Cancellations are not accepted once production has started.
• •Uploaded design files are stored securely and used solely to fulfil your order.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. WearFlame is not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details on timelines and charges.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We accept return and exchange requests within 7 days of delivery for eligible items (manufacturing defects, wrong items, or damaged goods). Change-of-mind returns are not accepted as all products are custom print-on-demand. Please refer to our Return Policy for complete details, proof requirements, and refund timelines.

9. Intellectual Property

• •All content on WearFlame — including the logo, product designs, photographs, text, and website code — is owned by WearFlame and protected by copyright laws.
• •You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of our content without prior written permission.
• •By uploading a custom design, you grant WearFlame a limited, non-exclusive licence to use that artwork solely to produce and fulfil your order.
• •WearFlame does not claim ownership of customer-uploaded designs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WearFlame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products — including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or profits.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

WearFlame provides its website and services "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
